WELCOME BUDDIES, NO BULLIES !

Bullying is the opposite of kindness. In a kindness-focused project, it is important for our students to recognize unkind behaviors and learn how to replace them with empathy, respect and friendship. By talking about bullying, our students can understand the importance of including others, standing up for kindness and creating a safe and caring school environment where everyone feels valued, that is, supporting and improving an inclusive educational environment for all!

Our students arranged an online meeting in Google Meet to work on our project task. They discussed and had a task distribution for their collaborative presentation in Canva.

Our lesson about how to be kind without bullying. We watched the video about The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse. Although the fox was unfriendly at the beginning and wanted to kill the mole, the love and kindness, helpfulness of the boy, the mole and the horse changed fox´s behaviour to a kind personality.

Students had a rehearsal for our anti-bullying seminar with our project group. My team was so excited. They prepared their own presentation in a collaborative way, and during the rehearsal, they improved their presentation and communication skills.

After watching a short video about famous people, who were bullied as kids (Elon Musk, Eminem and Rihanna), the students in pairs design a poster with an inspirational general anti-bullying quote or lesson from their story.
This activity aim to help students understand that bullying can happen to anyone, including people who later grow up to achieve great things, and to inspire empathy, kindness, and resilience.
The final message : “You Can’t Bully the Brightness Out of Someone”

We conducted a lesson about bullying. During the lesson, we watched an informative video about bullying and discussed its effects. The students also worked together to create a poster about preventing bullying. This activity helped them better understand the importance of kindness and respect.

First we designed some posters about bullying on canva and wrote some slogans on them. Then prepared a bulletin board to make it more visible to other students. My students chose a film about bullying and we wathed it in our conference hall, they made a presentation after the film. It was so enjoyable and informative.

First,we watched a video explaining bullying and why people bully others. We learned that bullies aren't neccesary bad people;they might be hurt. Then we went outside and wrote an anti-bullying pledge on our schoolyard pavement.

We designed and colored posters about bullying in our classroom. Students worked in groups and shared their ideas about the topic. We talked about what bullying is and how it affects people. Students also discussed how to stop bullying and how to be kind to each other. They really enjoyed the activity and learned the importance of respect and kindness.
